摘要
ThediamondfilmshavebeendepositedbythehotfilamentCVDmethodonmolybdenumsubstratesfromthemixturereactantgasofacetoneandhy-drogen.Thesurfacemorphologiesoftheobtaineddiamondfilmsundervariousde-positionconditionshavebeenobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).Theexperimentalresultsstronglyindicatethatthesurfacemorphologiesofthere-sultingfilmshavecloselyrelatedtothedepositionconditions,i.e.,reactionpres-sure.Formolybdenumsubstrates,underthelowerreactionpressurethesurfacemorphologiesofthegrainscomprisingtheresultingfilmsmainlydisplaythesmallsinglecrystalcubo-octahedronanddoublesmallcrystalcubo-octahedron;underthehigherreactionpressure,thesurfacemorphologiesmainlydisplaythelargecauliflower-like.TheseresultsshowthattherearevariouscrystalhabitsforCVDdiamondundervariousdepositionconditions.
