摘要 Benignparoxysmalpositionalvertigo(BPPV)isthemostfrequentepisodicvestibulardisorder.Itisduetootolithreststhatarefreeintothecanalsorattachedtothecupulas.Wellover90%ofpatientscanbesuccessfullytreatedwithmanoeuvresthatmovetheparticlesbacktotheutriculus.Amongthegreatvarietyofproceduresthathavebeendescribed,themanoeuvresthataresupportedbyevidenced-basedstudiesorextensiveseriesarecommentedinthisreview.SometopicsregardingBPPVtreatment,suchascontrollingtheaccuracyoftheproceduresortheutilityofpost-manoeuvrerestrictionsarealsodiscussed.
