Inherited Cardiomyopathies:Genetics and Clinical Genetic Testing-中国期刊网

摘要 Inheritedcardiomyopathiesaremajorcausesofmorbidityandmortalityandincludeagroupofcardiacdisorderssuchashypertrophiccardiomyopathy(HCM),dilatedcardiomyopathy,arrhythmogenicrightventriculardysplasia/cardiomyopathy(ARVD/C),leftventricularnoncompaction(LVNC),andrestrictivecardiomyopathy(RCM).Thesediseaseshaveasubstantialgeneticcomponentandpredisposetosuddencardiacdeath.Sincethefirstgenewasidentifiedasadisease-causinggeneforHCMovertwodecadesago,morethaneightygeneshavebeenidentifiedtobeassociatedwithinheritedcardiomyopathiesandgenetictestinghasbecomeprevalentinmakingclinicaldiagnosis.Withtheadventofnext-generationsequencingtechnology,geneticpaneltestingofinheritedcardiomyopathieshasbecomefeasibleandcostefficient.Inthisreview,wesummarizetheindividualcardiomyopathieswiththeemphasisoncardiomyopathygeneticsandgenetictesting.
