摘要
Objective:Totrytogiveanobjectiveevaluationontheclinicalresearchsituationaboutacupuncturetreatmentoffacialparalysisinthepast50yearsandtrytoprovideapossibleevidenceforclinicalpractice.Methods:Allpapersaresearchedandassessedaccordingtotheinternationalstandardsandclinicalepidemiology.Results:Thereisnosystematicreview(SR)onacupuncturetreatmentoffacialpalsyinatotalof1021articlesenlistedinthepresentpaper.Comparingwiththequantityofthedescriptivestudiesandexpertopinions(constituting84.84%),thatoftherandomizedcontrolledtrials(RCTs)andclinicalcontrolledtrials(CCTs)issmaller(constituting15.16%),be-sides,thequalityofRCTsandCCTsisunsatisfactory.Conclusion:Atpresent,thequantityandqualityofstudieswithRCTsaboutacupuncturetreatmentoffacialparalysiscan'tmeettheneedofclinicalpractice,andinordertoimprovethetherapeuticeffect,ahigherqualityofRCTsandSRisrequired.
