Inthispaper,wepresentanalgorithmforreconstructionofB-splinesurfacesuchthatitinterpolatesthefourgivenboundarycurvesandsimultaneouslyapproximatessomegiveninnerpoints.Themainideaofourmethodis:first,weconstructaninitialsurfacewhichinterpolatesthefourgivenboundarycurves;then,whilekeepingtheboundarycontrolpointsoftheinitialsurfaceunchanged,werepositiontheinnercontrolpointsofthesurfacewithenergyoptimizationmethod.Examplesshowthatouralgorithmispracticableandeffective.
