Objective:Toimprovethediagnosisandtreatmentofseverecerebralfatembolism(SCFE).Methods:ThedataofninepatientswithSCFEwereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Themanifestationsofthecentralnervesystem,respiratorysystemandhemorrhagewererecorded,atthesametime,accessoryexaminationincludingarterialoxygen,fatmacroglobulesinvenousbloodandimageexaminationwasadapted.Thepatientsweretreatedwithexopexy,pharmocotherapyandoxygentherapy.Results:Twooftheninepatientsdiedofseverecomplications,theothersevenrecoveredwithoutseveresequela.Conclusions:GurdstandardshouldbeimprovedforearlydiagnosisofSCFE.Ifsverecomplicationscanbeprevented,patientswhoreceiveearlytreatmentwillhavefavourableprognosis.
