简介:摘要近年来随着厂内铁路运输车辆的大型化、重型化,惯性冲击力变大,铁路运输作业过程中时常会发生铁路车辆车钩缓冲器的上翘现象,造成车辆车钩缓冲器卡死在牵引梁前后从板座内下不来。本文针对铁路车辆车钩缓冲器出现的上翘现象,大胆创新,利用“杠杆原理”,同时结合车辆钩头的相互连接作用发散思维,使车辆车钩缓冲器即使出现上翘现象,也能在短时间内进行复位操作,从而更快消除车辆车钩缓冲器上翘卡死现象。不仅操作方便、快捷,复位效果好,也可同时为各种类型的铁路车辆服务。
简介:【摘要】聚氨酯缓冲器是低层建筑电梯使用最多的缓冲器类型,本文从电梯检验人人员的角度,分析了电梯聚氨酯缓冲器材料老化的主要影响因素,同时探讨了聚氨酯缓冲器制造、检验以及使用方面的问题,并提出了对应措施解决问题,有助于电梯发生突发状况时,起到最大效能的防护。
