Computedtomography（CT）playsanimportantroleinthefieldofmodernmedicalimaging.Reducingradiationexposuredosewithoutsignificantlydecreasingimage＇squalityisalwaysacrucialissue.Inspiredbytheoutstandingperformanceoftotalvariation（TV）techniqueinCTimagereconstruction,aTVregularizationbasedBayesian-MAP（MAP-TV）isproposedtoreconstructthecaseofsparseviewprojectionandlimitedanglerangeimaging.Thismethodcansuppressthestreakartifactsandgeometricaldeformationwhilepreservingimageedges.Weusedorderedsubset（OS）techniquetoacceleratethereconstructionspeed.NumericalresultsshowthatMAP-TVisabletoreconstructaphantomwithbettervisualperformanceandquantitativeevaluationthanclassicalFBP,MLEMandquadratepriortoMAPalgorithms.Theproposedalgorithmcanbegeneralizedtocone-beamCTimagereconstruction.
