Computedtomography(CT)playsanimportantroleinthefieldofmodernmedicalimaging.Reducingradiationexposuredosewithoutsignificantlydecreasingimage'squalityisalwaysacrucialissue.Inspiredbytheoutstandingperformanceoftotalvariation(TV)techniqueinCTimagereconstruction,aTVregularizationbasedBayesian-MAP(MAP-TV)isproposedtoreconstructthecaseofsparseviewprojectionandlimitedanglerangeimaging.Thismethodcansuppressthestreakartifactsandgeometricaldeformationwhilepreservingimageedges.Weusedorderedsubset(OS)techniquetoacceleratethereconstructionspeed.NumericalresultsshowthatMAP-TVisabletoreconstructaphantomwithbettervisualperformanceandquantitativeevaluationthanclassicalFBP,MLEMandquadratepriortoMAPalgorithms.Theproposedalgorithmcanbegeneralizedtocone-beamCTimagereconstruction.
