简介：结合1例被误诊7年的胰高血糖素瘤综合征患者病例介绍，并分析胰高血糖素瘤罕见临床表现，该病极易误诊。但因其有反复发作的特定表现的皮损和明显异常的实验室检查，临床上根据可疑皮损，再结合糖尿病史（或血糖升高）、消瘦、贫血等临床表现应考虑该病的可能性，并进一步检查血胰高糖素及影像学定位诊断。

简介：目的：探讨男性肿瘤患者化疗后勃起功能状况。方法：选取我院2011年1月至2013年12月间的50例初次接受化疗的男性肿瘤患者为研究对象，采取国际勃起功能指数－5（IIEF－5）进行评估化疗前后勃起功能状况。结果：治疗有效率为58.0％。其中，CR14例，PR15例，PD21例，SD0例。化疗前勃起功能障碍32.0％，化疗后勃起功能障碍83.0％，化疗前后勃起功能障碍发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；化疗后消化道肿瘤、鼻咽癌、肺癌、淋巴瘤、软组织肿瘤患者IIEF－5评分较化疗前有不同程度的降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。化疗后不同病理类型间IIEF－5评分比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：临床中男性肿瘤患者实施化疗后会增加勃起功能障碍，增加其发病率。

简介：背景：汗孔角化症是一种罕见的角化性疾病，有常染色体显性遗传和后天获得两种形式。许多病例报道和系列研究都认为免疫抑制与该病发生有关。据作者所知，仅有5例骨髓移植后发生汗孔角化症的报道。结果：作者报道5例骨髓移植患者，在移植术后1～13年内诊断为Mibelli汗孔角化症。5例患者中4例的原发恶性肿瘤为白血病，第5例为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。4例白血病患者的汗孔角化症发生于缓解期，而第5例的汗孔角化症发生于淋巴瘤复发期。结论：汗孔角化症可发生于骨髓移植后。作者报道的5例是医学文献报道例数的2倍，且骨髓移植后发生汗孔角化症的发病率可能比先前公认的要高得多。由于已有报道指出皮肤癌与汗孔角化症相关，对骨髓移植受者发生的汗孔角化症进行仔细监测是十分必要的。

简介：乳房外Paget病（EMPD）是一种罕见的，发生于乳房外的一种表皮内存在Paget细胞的湿疹样癌。可发生于外阴、阴囊、腹股沟、阴茎、肛周等大汗腺丰富的部位，常常与表皮内肿瘤和内脏肿瘤有关，由于表现多种多样易出现误诊。在病理上应与Bowen病，浅表型恶性黑色素瘤区别，发生于外阴的乳房外Paget病在临床上更易误诊为湿疹，脂溢性皮炎。本文介绍了2例被误诊的Paget病，同时复习了国内外有关本病的一些诊断和治疗方面的进展。

简介：水痘和带状疱疹分别是水痘-带状疱疹病毒（VZV）原发感染和再活化引起不同临床表现的2种疾病。水痘传染性强，而带状疱疹的传染性则尚未十分明确。本文报告一组带状疱疹患者家庭内2名密切接触者2周内相继患水痘的病例。
