简介:摘要:航空发动机控制系统从单一变量控制发展为多变量控制,经历了液压机械控制系统到第三代全权限数字电子控制系统(Full Authority Digital Electronic Controller,FADEC)的技术革新,随着分布式控制技术的发展与成熟,航空发动机将有望装备分布式控制系统。本文简要回顾航空发动机控制技术的发展历程,通过典型发动机控制案例的方法,介绍液压机械控制系统、监控型电子控制系统以及全权限数字电子控制系统(FADEC)的组成及控制功能,展现航空发动机控制系统从单一变量控制到多变量控制,其功能不断完备、优化的过程,同时简要分析航空发动机控制技术的发展趋势,最后结合人工智能对未来发动机控制技术的展望。
简介:镍基粉末高温合金涡轮盘进行双重晶粒组织制备时,需综合考虑多种因素对盘件温度场分布和晶粒尺寸的影响,完全通过实验进行研究存在研究周期长和花费大等缺点,而有限元数值模拟可作为一种重要的辅助研究手段。本文对作者自主研发的新型镍基粉末高温合金FGH98Ⅰ涡轮盘双重晶粒组织制备进行了实验与模拟的综合研究。结果表明:固溶温度是控制该合金晶粒长大的关键因素。在高于γ'相固溶温度时,晶粒尺寸随着温度升高而快速长大,据此建立了合金晶粒尺寸与固溶温度、保温时间之间的动力学函数关系式。另外,涡轮盘温度场的有限元模拟表明温度梯度主要取决于保温时间。在结合实验与有限元模拟结果所优化选择的热处理条件下,成功获得了轮缘和轮心晶粒度分别为ASTM6~7和为ASTM10~11的FGH98Ⅰ合金双重晶粒组织涡轮盘。
